It's the like aiming at one rabbit with two arrows.

We've ridden in New Year's and just began to step on anonymous field.

2011 should be "busy" one in my life because I would become a senior and the time to decide which way is my own way to go.

I have to take a choice from massive options with dealing with a ton of tasks I need to do which I didn't see it carefully.

I had to do them at that time, but I didn't do that, so I must face to them.

......

I want to enbody my anxious feelings which have come to again and again, but I'm totally chickened out.

2011, 4 months left till I leave from America, and....

"Merry..."

Merry "late" Christmas for people.

I believe that no one would say "Christmas of 2010 was awful!" or "the gifts I've got for this year were what I wanted."

I've spent relax time with my roomie's family and their friends. Who knows I would have a Christmas dinner in Hawaii...me neither.

I just reviewed my last year's 25th, a lot of feelings about my little home in Japan came into my consciousness.

I'd like to explain that feeling but I'm supposed to be not able to do that so...

Anyway, mey you have a great holiday with your lovers... :)

"Where's my samurai?"

The last week for 1 semester's crews came out.

Mostly, the winter break is just there. Fortunately, I'm not going to back home in this time because I applied for 2 semesters.

If I were one of the members who had to go back to Japan by January, I woudn't be ready to say hello again to my family and friends in Japan.

I'd never listened 80 to 90s' Japanese music much before, however, I actually have kept listening them since I got in America.

Just one my favorite..."Butterfly" from DDR.

People whose generation is the same as me, must feel nostalgic sense for this song.

One more thing briefly...

One of my friends who has studied abroad on the same college got a new boyfriend.

I always have felt kinda distance between us which I didn't feel before (when we were in Japan).

If I liken this friend to something, I would answer she is "a hedgefog held sharp needles on back."

She has polished herself well through getting new inspiration from this journey to America.

I think, now, she is much better than before. She is not who she was anymore from my inner sight.

Her English, personality, friendliness...everything seems to shine more and more like the story of raw stone.

On the other hand, I have walked slower and often stumbled even a tiny stone.

I seemed to do anything like her. Just spending to paint the time gray not to see forward on which she stands.

NEGATIVE FACE...

I bet.

I am an stupid and pissed out.

But, I want to be a person that a few people understand.

I can't be herself like a person that everyone likes.

Prejudice and Respect

I've kept on re-identifiding who I am since I became the minority of majority. People here call us "Asian" to be tagged/identified me and run into me as an outsider for them.

Just a few minutes ago, one or two students pulled the doors and looked around the lounge in the residence hall. And the moment they found "Asian" in the room, they closed the doors and left the room like they saw something weird.

I felt, simply, they were not willing to use the same room as Asian. "Ah...Asian is there....I did want to study here but I can't because I don't want to...."

Of course, it doesn't mean all of American students discriminate the minority (In this case, Asian people) but I can't stop thinking about slight bad feeling for them when I see any people whose face looks like uncomfortable.

I thought I did know the country America was based on many kinds of races, traditions, religions and so forth. The big movements of immigration created this country and people who live in America are just people as well as others. On the other hand, sometimes the reality would be beyond my expectation and makes me terrible feeling.

One of my friends told me that I had to respect people even if someone tick off me badly because of differences between two unfamiliar cultures. They are human being before people who are labed as one particular race.

However, to understand and overcome the prejudice should be still severe....*sigh*

Something began to fade and rust

Thanks giving break began, how you guys have spent time during this break so far?

I and two of my friends who have studied abroad in U.S are in South part of Minnesota right now for homestay. My friend's house is very nice, comfortable, and great family here.

This noon, I went to Akita, which is a Japanese restaurant near his house. It just take 10 min and he brought us by his Honda.

The dishes we ate there were pretty good and their taste were really similar to Japanese ones. We ordered many kinds of rolls, tempra, several cups of miso soup, and green tea icecream.

The most delicious dish I had in this restaurant was vegetable Udon. Thick white noodle, exact Japanese flavored soup, everything recalls me Japan.

Secretly, I decided to visit there again, and we now backed to his house.

1 year and 3 months, have passed unconsciously since I recoganized the existance of him. However, an unexpected fact from his conversation yesterday has kept me.....somewhere from him. Yellow Tulips, dry love, is here. I stopped walking because I found them around me. Yellow tulip is fading.

I expected the time "it" happened and I thought I could deal with it like picking off them. But, the yellow tulips are fading so fast, and it seems that "I" desire to delete every flowers before they are going to blossom out completely.

Sadly, I am not such a person who has great courage to cut out them...

How people judge themself and others?

Trees were tore off their dress and lost the color of the sun. The white missionary will come here soon to knit warm sweater for them.

Approximate three months have passed from the enegetic summer to nostalgic winter.

The sky is gone like they they found how to turn the light.

Numerous fairy tale's characters show up to tell us their tragedies.

I think I stepped forward a little bit than before.

However, the problematic conflicts are confronting to me.

Whenever communicating with people who have differences and similarities, we have to see ourselves through the opponents' behaviors, inner emotions, and so on.

Sometimes, the languages become either a sword which unconsciously hurts each other or a gift which brings us warm feeling with a smile.

How people judge whether it is "right" or "wrong" thing for them?

Everthing not belonged to yourself should be eliminated with a sword?

Even if you are intensive and avoidable to be injured from the million of "linguistic" sharp arrows with a big "emotional" fury, it would be too tough to cry out.

How you judge yourself and others?

The awareness of sense of "self"

Thank you for coming here, I was not here for a long time because I was kinda busy in order to processing to study abroad. But now I am here, Minnesota which is one of the states of U.S.A.

When looking over the summer, I realized how I've never put myself on hard working. I always escape from stuff I don't want to do. I pretended it completely.

I still can't write what I want to tell in English well because I've done nothing. I'd like to try so give me a chance one more time....

Statement for Minnesota and Friends

How's it going this week end, everyone? Mine's just the same as usual but I almost have felt the beginning of spring vacation. (Actually, this break will be pretty busy in order to studying for TOEFL, TOEIC, and the other exams)

I handed in applications for studying abroad in Minnesota through exchange program of university. One paper of them, is the statement about "Why I apply for this program" and "What I'd like to do at that university", and I had to write it around 500 words without someone's helps. When i wrote my essay for Writing class of this semester, I used to ask some Chat Lounge partners to modify it so that I was affraid of if I made a mistake in my statement. However, I did go over many times not to do so. At that time, I realized that I ought to review how to write essays with books....

I've done to write it so that I'd like to get down it on my blog. :D

"Statement for Studying Abroad"

There are three factors which I determined to study abroad in Minnesota as an exchange student. I took long time to make a final decision because it wasn’t easy for me to clarify my intention to try something I haven’t experienced. However, thanks to these factors, I could decide at last to apply for this program for myself.

First, it was exchange students from Minnesota. They have taught me a lot of things which I have never known before during their stay in Japan, so spending time with them is one of the great experiences in my school life. By the way of example, I had some opportunities to teach Japanese to exchange students, and then I found it that teaching Japanese in English isn’t easy for me even though my mother tongue is Japanese. Therefore I felt chagrined at the fact I couldn’t explain what they asked me, so I pushed myself to the max with their helps to make teaching Japanese in English better. Consequently, I just realized that I did enjoy studying fully. Of course, this is not equivalent that I can use English entirely, but I think it was a great improvement. The time of studying Japanese and English with exchange students gave me a new viewpoint about learning difficult things. At that time, I thought it would be inquired to work hard if I study in unknown surrounding, but I’m pretty sure that it must be very fruitful as well as this experience.
Secondly, I have interests about not only American society and culture but also people and their lifestyle since I started to take some classes of learning America. There are many differences and similarities between America and Japan. As a small sample of this, Japanese people generally bow as greeting behavior when meeting someone. On the other hand, American people never do this like Japanese because they don’t practice the custom of bowing. The origin of this is possible-associated with traditional rules each country. But Japan and America are the same at the particular point, which have the attitude of respect for people. As just described, I think that the comparison of two things and discovery of differences and similarities are basic method for understanding each other. While I’m studying America in classes and comparing with the other countries including Japan, America became an object of theme of my graduation thesis. This is one reason that I’m interested in America and I’d like to go abroad to study in the field.
The most decisive reason of all is to broaden my knowledge, and also I’d like to take on challenge whatever I want to do. Sadly, I have never been to foreign country so that I have only learned overseas including America on the indirect ways. If I can get the acceptance of this program, I’ll have no doubt that the school life is going to be pretty hard beyond my imagination. Even so, I’m willing to be strict with myself not to give up because best results certainly arise from the hard effort.

I think there are any mistakes I didn't notice, but it shows how I need to practice writing what I want to argue on the essay. If I can get its acceptance, there will be only 4 months left till I go to Minnesota. I think this length isn't long for preparation. I don't know whether I can study abroad in Minnesota from summer, but I'm sure that I do work hard. I appriciated that I could be their friends, who always have encouraged me.

Causes and Effects of Smoking.

The Table of Cause and Effect
---Cause---
・Smoking
・Tobacco

---Effects---
・Smoking makes it easier to get diseases particularly affecting hearts and lungs.
・our feeling great temporally during smoking.
・ourselves being addicted to nicotine
・the risk of cancer rising
・teeth color yellow, not white
・the function of the respiratory system declined
・body odor and clothes’ smell bad
・spend a lot of money to purchase tobacco
・us getting tired easily
・children’s health getting worse
・affect non-smokers badly

----Cause and Effect of Smoking----
It is said that smoking tobacco is one of the cause of serious diseases. In fact, according to the research of WHO (World Health Organization) in 2008, about five million patients died because of smoking. This number is larger than the one of the cause of patients’ death including tuberculosis, HIV (AID), and malaria. It can be possible to decrease your lifespan shorter due to several effects from tobacco.
First, there are physical problems. As you know, smoking is the same action to provide unhealthy chemical smoke into our body. These smokes from tobacco made from 4000 kinds of chemical substances, and mainly contain nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide. Nicotine is the drug which let smokers smoke chronically and becomes load of heart actions. Tar destroy the function of the respiratory declined, and also change a lung to dusty. Moreover carbon monoxide disturbs the transportation of oxygen in blood so that our body gets tired easier. Those toxic materials affect our body unhealthily.
Second, the physical effects connect to the mental ones. Smokers can feel comfortable temporally during receiving benefits from nicotine as well as drugs such as cocaine. However it means that smokers can’t be relaxed without smoking because they can compose themselves thanks to nicotine. When the body is lack of nicotine, their attitude tends to be short-tempered, lazy, and inactive. Smoking disproves not only physical health but also mental health.
Finally, the bad effects to smoke are not only problem for smokers. In the other words, people are affected by smoking even if they have never smoked. The gases from tobacco are widespread into the air, and then people may breathe them before they notice it. This action is the same as smoking even though you don’t breathe smoke directly. The younger people who breathe smoke are, the riskier you approach to dead. So, for example, it is more dangerous for from 0 to 19 year-old body to stay in environments spread toxic smoke.
Nowadays, people who have smoked for a long time seem to try to quit smoking because they realized that it causes only their health unfriendly. In addition, the price of tobacco has risen in recent. It is one of the reasons that people quit smoking. It is accepted that smoking is permissible under the Constitution in many countries, but there is not any good effects for us, so I think it should be banned in the near future.

The second draft of "Causes and Effects" -----------------------
It is said that smoking is one of the causes of serious diseases. In fact, according to the research of WHO (World Health Organization) in 2008, about 500 million patients worldwide died because of smoking. First, there are physical problems. As you may know, smoking is the same action to provide unhealthy chemical smoke into our body. This smoke from tobacco made from 4000 kinds of chemical substances, and mainly contains nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide. Nicotine is an addictive drug which forces smokers smoke chronically and becomes stress on the heart. Tar destroys the function of the respiratory systems, and also contaminates the lungs of smokers. Moreover, carbon monoxide disturbs the transportation of oxygen in the blood so that our body gets tired easier. Those toxic materials affect our body unhealthily.

The Chat Lounge Report #2

Chat Lounge Report #2
Partner : Alex
Date : ?

On that day, I was so hungry because of skipping the lunch, and then Alex was too. We began to talk about Japanese and American foods without notice. I have never been to foreign country so that I'm not sure what kind of foods in America is popular for daily meals (=breakfast, lunch, and dinner). According to Alex, it is common for American breakfast to eat toasts, salads, fruits, and sausages with scramble eggs. Especially, coffee is indispensible for American people to begin a day smoothly. (In fact, some of movies I have seen ever have one scene which people drink coffee in the morning at least.) Alex said he could work well if he didn't drink it in the morning too. In my case, drinking coffee regularly isn't my habit so that I don't know how important it is. (When I told him my idea, he seemed to feel strange.)

Recently, it is said that Japanese foods' habits has been similar to American. 50 years ago, after WWW2, Japan was colonized by American because we lost WWW2. And then the American climates changed Japanese ones. For example, those are clothes, household appliances, transportations, and products. Japanese people who used to wear Kimono tried to wear western clothes, and stated to use electronic devices such as TVs. (This industrial revolution in Japan has developed our life conveniently. It happened remarkably from around 1960 to 2000.) At that time, it was sure that Japanese were very interested in new things from foreign country. Therefore our scientific technology can have improved until today. Those effects from historical facts have occurred the change of Japan. It affects our daily lives, for example, it's eating a slice of toast and drinking a cup of coffee in the morning as breakfasts as well as American.

Just talking foods, there are many things we don't know why. However, I realized I ought to talk about foods when I am full. Why not? Because foods' topic made me and Alex very hungry.

The Chat Lounge Report #1

Chat Lounge Report #1
Partner : David
Date : November 27

I have two of my friends who have been to MN as exchange students now, and one of them, who is the 3rd year student in Bunkyo University. Before she had gone to America, she used to come to chat lounge to talk with native speakers regularly. Therefore she'd like to have a chatting with us in Japan through Skype. I wanted to know what her staying in different country as a foreigner to study abroad, and how hard the life in MN is.

As you know, it's said that studying abroad is not easy thing for us who has learned language. There are some reason I think so. First, everything of foreign country is new so we may feel culture-shocks. If it's difficult to adapt yourself to new life in overseas, we can feel stress about it. Second, we have to do housework by ourself. Its means we have to do everthing we need such as houseworks. Students who have never had experiences to do this, it will be hard for them. The most difficult things staying in non-native county should be language. That's why students go to study abroad in most of cases, but it becomes an obstacle for us even though we have confidence to speak in non-mother toungue. I mean speaking English fluenly isn't enough to make conversations smooth. American jokes are one of the good examples. Some of American jokes request to know historical facts to make an ironical remark about them in jokes. You can get the meaning even if you can understand grammatically. Actually, we need to understand society and history of country. I think that to know background is helpful when studying languages. A chat lounge partner, whose name is David, he taught me the similar ideas when I asked the difficulty of American jokes.

Finally, I could know that her staying has been great and hear about studying abroad. (This means I could know how hard studying abroad but it's really good for learners.) Nowadays I have being thought going abroad to study like my friends. On the other hands, I can't determind it because I'm worried if I won't let my stay in foreign country fruitful.

"He who gives to the poor, lends to the Lord."

If you don't have an umbrella when catching the sudden rain, what will you do to prevent yourself from the rain? Looking for an broken umbrella which somebody left on the street, or perchasing a new one by 300yen? If you don't have heavy rain, you try to pitch yourself into the rain?

In my case of yesterday, I didn't have my umbrella when I was on the way to go home. (Because I just thought it wouldn't be rainy till I arriveed at home.) Therefor there was no help without getting wet with rain, so I put one sheet of A4 paper on my head as an umbrella and started walking. During my journey to Nezu station, a man I don't know approached behind me. Actually, I didn't have any idea why he came closer but I continued to walk with wondering why. Unfotunately, I dropped my A4 paper backward because it was too wet with rain to grasp them, then I and a man caught each eyes. After two or three seconds, he spoke to me "Are you alright? I have two umbrella. So...here you are, please use it. It is too cold to walk without it." I was surprised at the unpredictable thing, I had never had such as benefits from unknown person on the street. (Absolutely, my face became :0) Finally, he left his umbrella and me on the roadside.

Coincidentally, I just learned this word "He who gives to the poor, lends to the Lord." in the class.

What Dish is real Cuisine in Tokyo?

I have never eaten genuine(real) Italian, Spanish, American, Chinese foods in the restaurants in Tokyo. I can have seen/tried similar ones like the places which we can eat delicious foods easily, e.g. 100yen Sushi and fastfoods restaurants. (It doesn't mean cheap dishes are third-classes) When I imagine our how to connect foods in recently, I felt We have changed our food style with being affected by foods' trend. Just 50 years ago, Japanese people used to eat rice, vegetables, and fish. Most of the Japanese dishes are good for health in the nutrition. In contrast, in the period including our generation, really like instants, frozen food, and deli. According to the investigation about food behavior in Japan, it shows our food style really are different from previous one. When we walk along the street, it is very much easy to find fastfood restaurants and convenience stores within 5 minute.

(I totally didin't talk about this article...)finally, I'd like to say the best cuisine for me is home-made dishes by my mother!

The Giant Jellyfish Become a Giant Problem

Have you ever been touched any venomous(poison) tentacle(feeler) of jellyfish in the sea? This article will give us some serious facts about them.

I guess everyone knows that global warming is one of the representive issues in the world now. And it has caused a lot of environmental problems and pollutions for nature and wildlives. We could used to have the number of animals and plants, which are regard as endanger species in recent. On the other hand, some species which are harmful to native ones and human beings have bred increasingly. This jellyfish is also that one. They usually don't invate the place because of the sustanable cosystem as well as the others, but according to the damages occued by people, it has changed so that we have faced to the crisis of species. I just watched "The Inconvenient Fact" during reading class, and then I thought these problems could be more serious than present even if all over the world made an effort to save us.

I'm only able to say "As you sow, so you reap." That's why we have responsibility to do action to save the all. If we don't do anything, we including all species will be dead.

5 Objectives for Study

Good evening from midnight in Tokyo; it's about 2 a.m. now, but I'm blogging to change recent myself who can't have kept my high motivation. I talked about why we had had bad behavior for studying, and how we ought to change ourselves with Tomomi Kiomura who is one of my friends. Actually, we couldn't find our obvious answer about it, we decided to achieve 5 objectives we had to do from Monday to Friday.

My objective is,
1. "Making and memorizing 250 vocabulary cards"
2. "Study with 3 round 1 unit everyday"
3. "Read 1 article from newspapers"
4. "Don't use the Internet more than 1 hour per day"
5. "Blog 1 article every the end of day"

However, my result today(November 16) couldn't reach the goal. I missed to do 2 and 4 because I just did my homework of Journalism English(to edit pharagraph about Interest Group) with suffering from my worldly desires. But I must do my best even if I can't 5 objecs everyday, because trying to change myself makes a great degree of sense even if it's only small step for the others.

Finally, the first day for 5 aims didn't work well, so I'd like to try harder than today to be able to say "I did them today!"

The Season of Essay

About 2000 kinds of species which came from other countries currently live in Japan as invasive species. Invasive species are animals or plants which are non-native, and compete with the native inhabitants by taking over their territory. Due to close relationships between Japan and other countries, the entry of invasive species into Japan was made possible. The existence of invasive species also affected human beings, resources, and ecosystem.

The beetle is one good example of Japanese invasive species. The beetles’ population started a rapid growth is in 1999. They used to be not so popular before, however they gained popularity for two reasons. First, the International Plant Protection Convention, which came into effect in 1950 and restricted the import any harmful species in Japan, was relaxed. This made it easier to import animals and plants, so the number of species entering Japan increased. The other reason is that the image of beetles people had before changed dramatically because of the affection of children to foreign beetle. Surprisingly, this enthusiastic trend has extended to adults as well. Foreign beetles have characteristics that are different from the Japanese ones with respect to their size, shape, and color. For example, the Hercules beetle, which is a foreign beetle, is said to be the biggest beetle in the world. Its wing color is yellow, and it has a big horn. In addition, some TV animations about insects, especially beetles, were broadcasted in a way that gave an impetus to the popularity of non-native beetles from abroad. So the number of beetles imported from overseas to Japan as pets has increased year by year. In fact, the number of non-native beetles imported in 1999 is amounted to 7,000; reached 463,000 in 2000 eventually peaked at 1,923,000 in 2005. When we compare the ratio between 1999 and 2005, it is about 275 times. This exponential rise in reflects the increase in the number of people attracted to small insects.

As a result, many problems have occurred due to the foreign beetles. First, there are possibilities of any microbe and parasite carrying diseases. It is said that imported beetles haven’t brought any disease nor been harmful for human beings in Japan at present, but we can’t declare this will always be the same. Secondly, it could affect agriculture and environment. One of the invasive beetles, the Rhinoceros beetle, feeds on sugar canes, palm, and pineapple trees. And this feeding habit causes damages to farm products. Moreover, the invasive species usually don’t have natural enemies. That’s why their number has increased sharply, so it can be said that “wild invasive species” take away original environments from the native species. The most serious problem is genetic pollution by hybridization. Genetic pollution is undesirable gene flow into native populations. Spreading invasive species’ genes around domestic species has the danger to distinct native ones. Many scientists have had misgivings about the disappearance of native species in near future.

In 2004, Invasive Alien Species Act was enforced. This is the law to limit how many and what kinds of species can be imported into Japan. Although this law has taken effect for five years, we have faced to the issue of invasive species because of the difficulty in removing them. Practically, it has remained difficult to completely reduce the import of foreign insects.

Finally, we need to know the root of these serious problems about invasive species. The people have brought foreign species from other countries into Japan for several reasons such as pets, and also they have spread them over the country. In the beetles’ case, people who can’t breed foreign beetles anymore, they tend to release the non-native beetles into the wild. They do this because they think that it is the best way for living things even though this action has had a bad influence on the environment. We must not forget our responsibility for all of the species when we concern with them. Japan isn’t only the country that has the issue of these invasive species, this issue has happened in the countries of all over the world too. Nowadays, global warming, acid rain, rising sea level, and environment pollution are well-known as the world issues, and people have made an effort to change them for the better. On the other hand, there are still controversial issues like invasive species on the earth. It is necessary not only to think but also to put these ideas into action to protect all of living things before this problem is more serious.

#2 "La tigre e la neve" by Roberto Benigni

My first summer holiday was started, I guess almost students in Bunkyo University would have begun their vacation like me. In my routines, I have tried cleaning my room from early morning but...my hands still have being worked because I don't finish it yet! Moreover, I watched the movie of Roberto Benigni before I knew it so that I thought that "I do need to tell how nice it is!"

I'd like to tell shortly about its story and my ideas. Roberto Benigni isn't only one of the great directors in Italy, also he is also known as good actor and comedian. His firm "Life Is Beautiful" in 1998 which he was nominated seven Academy Awards is so famous around the world. "La tigre e la neve"(English: "The Tiger and the Snow") in 2005 is his latest firm. Attilio de Giovanni(Roberto Benigni) is a professor to teach poety. Vittoria(Nicoletta Braschi) who works as a writer is his wife but they live separately because Attilio had adulterous affairs before, and they don't get marry. Attilio always has told her how he loves her. However Vittoria usually returns the same sentence to him "If It snows in Rome and I see a tiger then, I'll marry with you." One day, Vittoria went to Iraq to write biograpy of Fuad(Jean Reno) who is a poet. Unfortunately, she was involved the Iraq Wars, then she was seriously ill. When Attilio knew its news, the time to save his wife in Iraq was begun...

This is a love story which relates social factors like Iraq Wars and religion's issues. Some of scence has expressions that I could realize what immigrants in Iraq have spent hard time. Although this movie was made in 2005, issues of Iraq isn't solved yet. I enjoyed its love parts with poeties(I often make a poety to have fun of rhymes), on the other hand, it gave me feeling that we have faced a lot of issues now.

The point that I recommend it is casts in this firm. Roberto Benigni acts a main character and his wife(Nicoletta Braschi, yeah! She is real wife of him. what a wonderful they are.) appears in his movies. I think that they love each other deeply, so they may be able to act realistic, don't you think so?

I hope you'd like to borrow this movie at DVD shop, and are going to move yourself by their story. :D

#1 "Bonjour Tristesse" by Sagan

Long time no see, I surely had left from blog since I realized this monthe was already July. I have spent busy school times to do difficult assignments, have part-time jobs, and plan this summer vacation which I can spend fruitful time as a student. Moreover, I'm facing "wonderful" tests soon.

Anyway, I'll give you the information of "Sagan-Bonjour Tristesse", which started to show on June 6th. This is the story of a woman that lived storongly as a rich, and also as a poor in one life. "Bonjour Tristesse," the title of book in Franch, was written by Françoise Sagan in 1954. Surprisingly, she wrote it when she was 18 years old. If I was in her position at that time, I couldn't be herself. I mean that it was impossible for me to write such as wonderful stories of Sagan because I didn't survive my life like her. I just have lived peacefully.

Now, we can see "Bonjour Tristesse" in Ginza, so I'd like to go theather to seek what Sagan was. (I have never read and watched firms about her books.)

Magician Made a Miracle is No Melt Ice-cream

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Today's article is a wonderful magic came from Kanazawa city. Whoever loves ice-cream must have hoped "Please don't melt soon!" for a long time. Of course, I also have longed for it not to melt quickly (especially in summer). However, a special magician/technician made did dream come true in recent.

#It's from one Japanese article, so I summerized and transfered it.#

According to the new dated May 21, the Japanese seaweed food institute Kanazawa city in Ishikawa prefecture and one of the professor in Kanazawa University, they invested an ice-cream. Its ingredients contain Okara/bean curd lees paste which was made by special process. Therefore, this ice-cream has some good factors though this process. One, it can prevent itself from melting about one hour if you put it on outside so that people can enjoy different texture every time. The other, it’s light calorie, healthy, and easy for children to eat. In near future, they’ll sell new Okara foods as well as ice-cream.

I guess this ice-cram has limit to start melting, but it was a big revolution for ice-cream lovers. Some of them might like melting ice-cream. However, I hope ice-cream will be able to change toward good direction/part for our life.

Gived birth gave me gift

Good evening/morning though it's about 1 o'clock at night.

Today, I'd like to talk to you about how important the 20th birthday is. To tell the truth, yesterday(on May 21th) was my birthday of the 20 times. Some of my friends I could see at school gave me special present(sweet snacks!) with birthday card. The others sang "Happy Birthday" song for me in English. Moreover, my friends that were the same high school as me sent emails even though I totally had forgot when I received their emails.

However, the greatest things on my birthday was brought by my mother. The day before yesterday, May 20th, my mother became a "Santa Claus in May." She left a birthday cake in the refrigerator. This is alike situation that Santa Claus left a present in red socks, isn't it? So that I was so surprised at present with opening the door of refigerator and my mouth! I could be smiling at that time. Then, I thought about how I was given a lot of affection by my family(particularly my mother). In usual life, people can't see what the family is and how important they are. It was a first time to feel them even though I have lived with my family for 20 years old.

I want people to do think about their all relatives (not only family) because whoever have many kinds of influences for each others. Finally, I want to say "Thank you!" to my mother and all of my friends. :D
